The IT Coordinator will answer Hunk Help tickets regarding HunkWare questions, comments, and issues and other software platforms used by CHHJ/M. They will provide timely desktop and phone support and execute standard operating procedures for new hires as well as separations. This person will need to be thorough and positive when communicating with internal team members and franchise partners, and willing to assist in other tasks/projects.
- Support Hunk Help IT Support workload including successful resolution of tickets.
- Responds to help desk tickets professionally and in a friendly way. Asks for information where appropriate and cares about user's issues.
- Follow IT processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- When tickets are assigned to other parties, ensure appropriate resolution by following up with the ticket assignee.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of team members and equipment.
- Management of user accounts, email, and office licenses.
- Basic system monitoring and issue escalation.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze, test, and modify computer software programs as needed.
- Provides PC & mobile device deployment support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Replicates and documents software bugs for escalation to development teams.

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of various software business applications, email, and general Microsoft Office.
- Configuring and Troubleshooting Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS environments.
- Jira ticketing system.
- Fundamental knowledge of networks, printers, conference equipment, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot software applications and provide user support.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools and helpdesk software.
Understanding of IT security principles and data protection protocols
This is a remote position.
