Overview:
Tully Rinckey PLLC is seeking a Client Relations Receptionist to join our Albany, NY office. The Client Relations Receptionist will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for assisting people, patience and have the ability to multitask with accuracy. The Client Relations Receptionist should be pleasant, confident, and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls to the Firm and triage as appropriate
- Serve as the first point of contact for all callers including potential new clients
- Handle all calls with professionalism, confidence and exceptional customer service
- Provide support to Client Relations Department staff as directed by the Director of Client Relations
- Assign all new leads to Client Relations Associates
- Maintain department email (i.e. inquiries, documents)
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience fielding incoming calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work well with a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a results-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
