The Administrative and Financial Associate will assist office team members with administrative tasks and support the board of directors and field team members to facilitate achievement of organizational objectives. In addition, the Administrative and Financial Associate will provide Association members’ high quality service and help establish collaborative relationships with relevant agencies.
Responsibilities
· Perform clerical functions including answering phones, conference and training registration, schedule staff and board member airline, lodging, and car rental reservations, order supplies, run errands such as post office, banking, and supply pick-up, file documents, prepare deposits, prepare invoices for outstanding services, member account database management, and mass mailing preparation.
· Help maintain cleanliness of the office and prepare space for meetings and other activities.
· Work collaboratively with other team members to fulfill the mission and purpose of the Association.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as employee file maintenance, contract fulfillment tracking, draft certain meeting minutes, organize board of director meeting records, and other similar tasks.
· Support accounts payable processing including gathering credit card and other expense documentation and reconciliation.
· Assist with compiling documentation for annual financial and other periodic audits.
· Handle highly confidential, strategic, and sensitive material and information.
· Perform all other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements/Education & Experience
· High school graduate or equivalent supplemented by coursework from a business school or college.
· Two (2) or more years’ experience in a business environment, in order to understand internal operations, services, goals, project timetables, guidelines, and policies.
· Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft software applications such as Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
· Experience managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting established goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
