**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, data collection, and applied behavior analysis, with a focus on working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients - Develop and implement behavior intervention plans - Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes - Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients **Requirements:** - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities - Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and creating treatment plans - Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices
