Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
- Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients in various settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Ability to collect and analyze data to make data-based decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
- Strong leadership skills to train and supervise behavior technicians and staff members
