Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Content Manager to join our dynamic team. As a SharePoint Content Manager, you will be responsible for the development, organization, and maintenance of our SharePoint platform to ensure it meets the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and implement solutions to optimize content management and collaboration processes.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and other content structures.

Customize SharePoint sites and workflows to meet the specific needs of different departments.

Create and manage user permissions and access controls for SharePoint sites and content.

Train users on SharePoint functionality and best practices for content management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to improve content management processes.

Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Stay up to date on SharePoint updates, features, and best practices to ensure the platform is utilized effectively.

Conduct regular audits of SharePoint content and permissions to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with SharePoint functionality.
Required Skill/Qualifications

Must have Microsoft Power Platform experience

Proven experience managing SharePoint environments in a corporate setting.

Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.

Proficiency in customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.

Experience with SharePoint permissions management and access controls.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

SharePoint certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator) is a plus.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
