Role Summary:
As a Retoucher you will support the daily image editing needs within your designated retouching channel; support the Sr Retoucher by executing notes and overall retouching direction. You will also learn to develop key cross functional relationships with internal partners: art directors, producers, merchandise assistants.
Role Responsibilities:
- Retouch product images for Anthropologies’ Photo Studio including:
E-comm apparel & shoes on model, home, accessories / web creatives / social media
- Meet daily image goals and display flexibility when deadlines change to prevent sale losses
due to products being received but not activated.
- Work with Art Directors and Photographers to execute creative briefs for web platforms
including social media and email campaigns.
- Receive creative direction from Senior Retouchers, stylists, photographers and designers.
- Solve product errors across all classes to avoid costly production and activation delays.
- Work with all teams on how and when retouching should be implemented to provide
more efficient workflow practices.
- React quickly to requests and take action when necessary.
- Maintain organization of files
Role Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years professional retouching experience.

Demonstrate technical expertise to produce imagery that is at the forefront of e-comm industry.

Proven ability to work efficiently and produce a high volume of quality retouched images.

Must work well in a team environment, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced,
rapidly changing environment. -
Proactive, motivated, dedicated and able to take initiative.

Exceptional knowledge of photo retouching, Adobe Creative Suite and studio workflow.

Skin correction, body proportion modifications and styling adjustments.

Photo compositing, masking, silhouetting and color corrections.

Demonstrate knowledge of the Anthropologie brand and how it relates to retouching.

The wage range for this role is $58,000 to $62,000 .Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc.”
