About the Role
Fuku is looking for experienced concessions supervisors to oversee scheduled shifts at the U.S. Open.
Responsibilities include:
- Fill out prep lists and order guides for the following day
- Manage the clock in sheet for all employees and provide that sheet to the corporate team daily
- Receive and process food and dry good deliveries
- Assist and supervise cleaning, setup, and breakdown of stations
- Manage the flow of service, assign team members to stations, communicate with Gigsmart for team member absences
- Provide training to BOH/FOH team members; hand out uniforms, explain the menu and flow of service
- Responsible for pre-shift inventory count as well as closing inventory count and report to the appropriate personnel.
- Report updates to Fuku Management Team and on-site Levy Personnel.
- Uphold the highest quality of food preparation at all times.
- Be a brand ambassador for Fuku at all times during the shift
- Jumping in to help prepping, assembling, and cooking all food products as needed
- Communicate effectively with other stand leads and corporate team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a fast paced concession or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Proficiency in inventory control and ordering processes
- Familiarity with kitchen management and restaurant operations
- Shift management experience to ensure smooth operations
