Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at a reputable hotel in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Utilize phone systems for incoming calls and internal communication
- Perform night audit duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Proficiency in handling guest services effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members professionally

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
