Job Overview: As a Personal Assistance Navigator, you’ll play a crucial role as a member of the program services’ team. You will be the initial point of contact for the public, including former, current and prospective clients. Your role includes gathering information, coordinating meetings, and ensuring clients have information and access to the resources they need. This position involves tasks related to document procurement, safety planning, logistics, and legal consultations.
Responsibilities:
· Client Interaction: Provide prompt responses to inquiries from participants; become familiar with screening protocols of organization.
· Communication: Route calls, messages, and correspondence to program participants and agency staff.
· Resource Procurement: Establish contacts with relevant organizations to obtain necessary materials.
· Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments and consultations on behalf of clients.
· Safety Planning: Collaborate with clients and life coaches to create detailed escape plans.
· Logistics: Maintain client-specific exit bags and coordinate childcare resources.
· Legal Consult Registry: Develop and manage a registry of pro-bono attorneys.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.75 - $22.25 per hour
