Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a private home setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Perform specimen collection and processing as needed
- Utilize specialized equipment such as neonatal ventilators, if required
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of [Location]
