Below is a brief list of daily job functions:
- Bless and serve customers by making connections and being friendly and observant to customer’s needs. Handle cash and credit card payments
- Effectively communicate the menu and its benefits to customers along with Eden's mission of healthy and delicious
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Perform food prep and other checklist tasks
- Make smoothies, bowls, juices, and other food items with speed and accuracy
Store Manager Duties:
- Embody and communicate the core values of Eden
- Work at least 1 shift per store per week
- Manage schedules
- 1-on-1's with team members bi-monthly
- Manage weekly inventory and ordering systems
- Hire & Train employees
- Review operations reports: sales, labor, and scheduling
- Review 3rd party deliveries on a weekly basis
- Run staff meetings monthly per location
