This position is best suited for individuals who are problem solvers, team-oriented, and possess a professionalism at all times while working with high-end personalities and their assistants.
This position will involve working with Excel, Microsoft Word, File Explorer, Fed Ex, UPS, Merchant Services, Scheduling Software, and Gmail, while working in a medical setting servicing clientele as a front desk receptionist.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM until 5 PM.
Most important, there will be tremendous opportunities for growth in our company, as we triple our business over the next two years.
