We are looking for Senior experienced Pool Dept management employees.
Seasonal Specialty Stores is the leader in Pool Service in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts for over 40 years. We are consistently voted Best Pool Store and we have a 20,000 sq.ft. store like no other in the area. We even have 5 fully operating above ground pools in our 10,000 sq.ft outdoor display area. We help our customers with all their in-ground and above-ground pool needs. We help them figure out the right pool chemicals, equipment, parts & supplies for their systems & lifestyle, ranging from the do-it-yourselfer to as high-tech as possible.
You should have more than 10 years in a senior position within a pool department with sales over $2 million. Experience required ordering inventory daily / weekly if necessary, managing inventory, pricing and maximizing profit margins. You should we well versed in the latest technology in regard to pool chemistry systems, pumps, filters, heaters & pool vacuums. You will be involved in putting together annual Early Buys from our vendors and participating in training for customers and employees. Must have superior customer service skills as well as excellent diagnosing ability to resolve complex customer issues.
