- Associate's degree in Nursing required / Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- RN active license required
- Minimum 5+ years of general clinical nursing experience (preferably with Oncology)
- At least 2 years + of inpatient nursing leadership experience required (Supervisor level or above - preferably with Oncology patients)
- Should be able to demonstrate success in leading and mentoring a team, improving efficiencies and outcomes, and in recruitment / retention strategies
- Able to establish positive relationships across all levels
