The Goal of this position is to serve as the internal point of contact for digital marketing support for all brands, primarily for CRM and Mobile App, but may also include other digital marketing platforms and channels. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in the planning/calendarization, creative design, creation, execution, and follow-up reporting of email and SMS communication for department programs, promotions, and initiatives for all brands. This position is also responsible for overall management of Mobile App maintenance and enhancement initiatives for all brands, which may include creation of graphics and copywriting, deployment and optimization, and key reporting. Tasks and exposure will require frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Facilities, and Training, in addition to all Marketing department verticals; interacting with all levels of employees from hourly to executive leadership.
Primary Duties:

CRM Planning, Management, and Analysis
-
Assist in the planning and strategy of email and SMS communications, including building and maintaining a calendar of activity

Serve as the brand lead for agency and contractor partners, coordinating efforts and providing direction on an regular basis

Participate in the creation of key CRM automations and monitor performance post-deployment to ensure maximum efficacy
-
Support the creation of communication by reviewing for accuracy and brand-fit and/or designing graphic assets and copywriting

Leverage experience in or develop working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to be able to deploy and analyze communications

Maintain regular tracking of all campaigns and messages to be able to analyze and synthesize fact-based recommendations for improvement

Mobile App Management and Reporting

Participate in all development calls and maintain working calendar and roadmap documentation

Assist with design, copywriting, creation, setup, testing, deployment and optimization of all in-app activations and advertising materials

Creation and maintenance of key reporting for mobile app performance to both field and leadership audiences

Support on-going advertising programs and initiatives to achieve budgeted targets for key performance indicators

Provide site-level support for all questions and technical challenges with mobile app or related applications

General Digital Marketing and Department Support

Collaborate with different marketing verticals to understand their varying initiatives and deploy relevant activations across CRM and mobile app

Additional general support across all digital marketing channels (social, listings, website, etc.) and for all marketing department vertical teams as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing discipline preferred

At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a corporate digital marketing type role with a focus in email or SMS
-
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud a strong plus

Resilient, organized and detailed with ability to manage multiple projects and frequently-changing priorities and/or timelines

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Professional and clean uniform and appearance
