The EHR Software Security Analyst is primarily responsible for creation and termination of users and providers in the EHR system, creating facilities, basic level troubleshooting of security issues. The expectation of this person would become a subject matter expert of all security roles. The position requires excellent multi-tasking, extreme attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
Job Duties:
- Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming support tickets related to new and existing users
- Work with end-users to troubleshoot and diagnose security issues
- Unlock user accounts, reset user passwords, and perform other basic administrative tasks
- Document ticket details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing system
- Collaborate with other teams to report and investigate complex issues
- Proactively identify and communicate issues to management and relevant teams
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation
- Maintain a basic understanding of eClinical
- Assist the training team with training sessions
- Other duties may be assigned

Position Requirements:
- High School or Equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience with eClinicalWorks preferred
