Propane Customer Account and Service Coordinator
We are looking for a Propane Customer Account and Service Coordinator. Someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excited about being an important member of a growth orientated customer service team.
You will play a pivotal role in helping to support excellent customer service, customer retention and new customer acquisition. You will also plan and coordinate service installations and repairs to maximize productivity standards and address service-related inquiries/requests. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data.
- Excellent communication/phone skills maintaining professionalism in all customer correspondence.
- Answer initial and follow-up phone calls from customers who place orders or request service and technical support issues - ability to take full responsibility, from start to finish.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, service work, and delivery invoices in a courteous and helpful manner. Maintain organized files and workspace. Detail oriented.
- Provide timely and thorough resolution of all issues raised by customers, as well as documenting all actions and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively deal with the demands and expectations of a high-paced, high-volume operation. Must have a positive attitude, be reliable and dependable.
- Plan, schedule and log daily installations, repairs, and service work to maximize billable time and meet productivity goals.
- Implement Service Technician dispatch, maintain on-call schedules, prepare, assign, and process work orders.
- Well organized with processing paperwork, data entry, work orders, invoices & statements
- Handle administrative, data entry, reporting and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or accounting role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels as well as customers.
- Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry and the ability to run and analyze reports
- Ability to work independently
