- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 7 years of related experience
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Understanding business analysis and requirements management techniques and best practices
- Very strong writing skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Knowledge of business processes, configuration management, and quality management processes
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Agile SDLC

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $120,000 – 150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
