We are seeking an individual with strong customer service and organizational skills, attention to detail and problem solving abilities for a fun, fast paced office administrative position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and greeting customers
- Heavy communication via phone and e-mail with clients and vendors
- Opening orders, e-mailing information to clients, ordering title work, payoffs, surveys and checking special tax assessments
- Title Clearing
- Managing files and handling post closing documents
- Support escrow team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
