Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess exceptional leadership skills, and excel in managing a team.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including kitchen operations, food production, and customer service
- Supervise staff members, provide training, and ensure adherence to company policies
- Handle shift management duties, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in kitchen management and supervising roles within the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proficiency in inventory control, food production, and coffee service
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers
