Job Description - PsyPact Clinician
The PsyPact Clinician will work virtually to provide ongoing support to our members. Their main function is to serve and support members via PsyPact authorization for long term support and short-term support via the EAP benefit.
- Supporting members virtually on a long-term basis via PsyPact authorization
- As needed, provide virtual, short-term, solution focused counseling to both individuals and couples via EAP
- Providing comprehensive case management and referrals to specialized services such as substance abuse treatment, psychiatry, and on-going psychotherapy via EAP
- Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial clinical assessments virtually
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) and member of PsyPact
- Ability to work alongside and communicate effectively with other care staff
- Comfortable and competent with EAP and standard sessions
- Winning attitude and a strong desire to provide high-quality, virtual-based care for patients
- Ability to succeed in a highly coordinated, cross-functional team environment
- Results-oriented, a quick learner and a self-starter
- Well organized and collaborative, with an eye for details
Requirements
- Must have PhD or PsyD
- Must have Epassport with The Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB)
