Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a positive workplace.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and assist with employee inquiries.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including appraisals and improvement plans.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to support employee growth and development.
- HR Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with a broad understanding of HR functions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
