Ophthalmology practice seeks ophthalmic technician, or medical assistant to train for Dallas clinic.
Duties will include:
- Patient workups
- Fundus photography
- IV starts
- Fluorescein angiography
- OCT's
- Surgical tray prep
- Surgery scheduling
- Surgery precertification
- Other duties as assigned
Position and duties are shared in rotation with other techs. EMR fully implemented - must be computer literate, must be able to type by touch. Position is full-time Mon-Fri. Must possess excellent grammar, customer service and phone skills. Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus.
