Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children in the daycare
- Provide individual and group tutoring to students as needed
- Teach math, literacy education, and other subjects to enhance children's learning
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Implement early childhood education strategies and techniques
- Utilize early intervention methods to support children's development
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
