Role Purpose Statement
The Customer Service Center (CSC) Liaison acts as the primary point of contact between the CSC, department managers, and airline partners, addressing performance issues and customer requests. This role is pivotal in coordinating and directing menu presentations and ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Main Accountabilities
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CSC, airline partners, and the Key Account Manager.
- Billing and Provisioning:
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and provisioning for the airline partners.
- Maintain daily par levels and control inventory in alignment with customer standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct timely and precise equipment inventory checks.
- Manage inventory to meet customer specifications and monitor any changes.
- Operational Support:
- Provide support to respective departments during airline cycle changes.
- Ensure CSC compliance with airline safety expectations.
- Data Management:
- Develop, document, and maintain a database for flight attendant comments and delays.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and training skills to effectively liaise between multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows-based applications.
- Ability to utilize and manage database systems efficiently.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
