Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Manage the leasing process, including conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to leasing, maintenance, and resident information.
- Utilize property management software (Resman) to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and manage resident communication.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Resman or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other legal administrative processes.
