We're hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) representatives for a call center in Miami to assist clients with transportation needs. This is not a sales or commission job. Pay starts at $14.00/hr with health insurance. Applicants MUST speak English and Spanish, and be available 5 days out of the week, including weekends.
General Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls collecting all necessary trip information to schedule a reservation.
- Enter trip requests with accuracy
- Assist clients with late vehicle arrival
- Excellent customer service.
- Display professional demeanor and appearance.
- Reliable in attendance.
- Team player and helpful to staff, management, and peers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual- English/Spanish
- A minimum of two years customer service experience.
- Six months of call center experience preferred
- Type (alpha numeric) 30 words per minute
- Experience with Microsoft Windows environment
- Knowledge of the Miami geographical area
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and exceptional problem solving skills
