Human Resources Generalist
This role reports directly to the HR Manager. The Human Resources Generalist’s primary focus is to respond to external inquiries, maintain employee leaves, assist in conducting investigations, maintain workers’ compensation claims, understand GEI’s policies and procedures to help ensure compliance with established laws and to assist the HR Manager in any areas needed.
This position is onsite full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Successful candidate(s) will possess the ability to shift gears quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Pay Range: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour.
An employee’s actual rate of pay for this position is reliant upon various factors such as the geographic location of the worksite, the type of industry/clientele being serviced, and the employee’s longevity with the company.
