**Senior Property Manager** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our residential property portfolio. Candidates should have the capacity to lead a team and manage between 200 and 350 single family homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations. - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord/tenant laws. - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and identify maintenance issues. - Property turnovers is a key responsibility of this position. Oversee property budgets, expenses, and financial performance. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract tenants. - Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms with tenants. - Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner, must have incredible customer service and problem solving skills. - Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and renovations. - Have experience and familiarity with common residential property management tech stack tools including Propertyware, Leadsimple, Tenant Turner, Zoho, Quickbooks, Propertymeld- Implement and maintain efficient property management processes. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in property management, leasing, or facilities management. - Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). - Familiarity with office operations and phone etiquette. - Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of legal aspects of property management. - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
