Job Title: Community Manager In Training
General Function:
This is a full-time position in which the person will train in the Kuester Management Group methods of community management. Attending community board meetings, creation of packets, along with assisting Support Team & Community Managers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Senior Community Managers/Community Managers ensuring positive overall community growth within each facet of community goals
- Understand/Update all internal documents for reporting and review
- Understanding HOA financial plans to encompass operations and expenditures within each community creating financially sound associations while adhering to standards set by the HOA
- Keep and update calendar of meetings/events for the community
- Assist in meeting site preparation and scheduling
- Respond to community member’s complaints/inquiries, document according to procedures set forth
- Miscellaneous written correspondence, telephone calls, research, and report generation on an as needed basis
- Learn how to manage vendors so that they meet obligations of Association (managing monthly vendor reports etc.)
- Work towards next CAI Designation
- Assist in preparation of Monthly Financial Report, Budgeting, and Financial Planning Services (Review & Approve)
