Job specific details:
· Reviews daily staffing guidelines for the Department of Nursing, in concert with Nurse Management, identifying staffing deficits or overages and initiating corrective actions.
· Maintains and updates the computerized scheduling system ensuring accuracy of all information.
· Inputs nursing schedules including full-time/part-time staff, PRN, agency and new hires.
· Generates staff/scheduling reports as requested by the Clinical Leader.
· Maintains scheduling for nursing unit employees.
· Performs quality checks to ensure accuracy of work completed.
· Reviews, updates, and files all agency documentation; meetings all regulatory requirements.
· Optimizes the scheduling of daily staff, PRN, and agency personnel to meet established staffing guidelines.
· MD RN license or RN compact license required.
· 10 FTEs will report to this leader including Staffing Coordinators and supervisors.
· Responsible for 80 plus in agency and PRN float pools.
· This leader will report to the DON.
· 3-5 years of leadership experience required.
· ASN required; BSN preferred.
Interim Leadership at Aya Healthcare
· W2 pay: $3100/week.
· Anticipated start date: 7/22 or 7/29
