Invaleon is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper/Admin to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to work 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule, ideally suited to fit around school hours or other personal commitments. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of bookkeeping and administrative tasks, ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and assisting with office organization. Additionally, this candidate should have a strong proficiency in QuickBooks the ability to work independently without a lot of oversight.
ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILIES
- Maintain and update QuickBooks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform regular credit card reconciliation for multiple different accounts.
- Input and process payroll in a timely manner.
- Input invoices and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle filing and organization of financial and administrative records.
- Regularly check and respond to company emails.
- Handle basic email communication and input of service tickets for Invaleon’s residential O&M (Operations & Maintenance) inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Experience with credit card reconciliation and payroll processing is a plus.
COMPENSATION
- Salary of $25/hour
