BellCornerstone is in search of a dynamic professional to join our Business Development Team. For more than 40 years, BellCornerstone has been providing commercial real estate services to some of the best companies in America. From lease negotiations and tenant representation to portfolio management and asset disposition, BellCornerstone helps clients achieve their real estate goals in local markets throughout the country.
This role presents a unique opportunity to break into the fast-pace, exciting, and lucrative world of Commercial Real Estate. We train from within, so NO previous real estate experience or license is required to apply. This position does require strong communication skills, as you will be speaking with high-level company leaders (CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, etc.) regarding their real estate needs. You will be making 40-50 outbound calls each day, while managing all aspects of the sales pipeline to build up your own customer base. There is both a competitive base salary, activity bonus plan, and uncapped commissions.
We will provide upfront and ongoing training every step of the way, as you gain hands-on experience in engaging with C-level executives, building owners, and brokers across various U.S. markets. While the position is mostly inside sales, there are some outside sales responsibilities, along with commercial real estate research.

Responsibilities:
- Speaking with high-level company leaders (CEOs, CFOs, presidents, etc.) regarding their real estate needs
- Communicating confidently and effectively on the phone on sales and research calls
- Adding pertinent details of all communications to a shared database (Salesforce)
- Accompanying Senior and Junior Brokers on-site visits and client meetings
- Identifying and communicating real estate opportunities to team members
- Developing marketing lists of tenants, landlords, and brokers based on identified requirements
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with 40-50 telephone calls per day
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (finance, accounting, business, entrepreneurship, economics, real estate, psychology, or related field preferred)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), CoStar, LoopNet, and/or comparable Real Estate Databases helpful, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
