Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Basic photography skills for creating visually appealing content
- Basic video editing skills for creating engaging video content
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitors
Note: Experience in e-commerce or web-based businesses is highly desirable.
