**Job Overview:**
As a Front Desk Agent at Life House Palm Springs, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out process, as well as assisting guests with any inquiries they may have during their stay.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Salary Range:**
$15 to $20 per hour
