About the Role: As a Regional Manager, you'll lead and support 3-5 dental practices, providing strategic and tactical leadership to ensure operational and financial effectiveness. You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop competitive strategies, spearhead process improvements, and oversee profit and loss responsibilities. This role requires regular travel within your region to build relationships and drive growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Inspire and mentor office managers and staff, fostering a dynamic and motivating work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Operational Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support office managers in recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Address and resolve operational and clinical issues promptly.
- Financial Management:
- Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
- Analyze financial statements and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Set and monitor performance targets for revenue and profitability.
- Strategic Planning & Development:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing and business development strategies across practices.
- Identify operational improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between providers and the corporate management team.
- Maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and corporate offices to ensure cohesive operations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on regional performance.
- Customer Service & Patient Experience:
- Ensure patients receive top-quality care and are satisfied with their experiences.
- Implement strategies to enhance patient retention and attract new patients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in multi-location management within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between practices.
