Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln is currently hiring Service Advisors for our growing Service Department!

Experience with Reynolds DMS software and knowledge of Ford and/or Lincoln products is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests
- Help to ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by listening to customer inquiries and requests and accurately documenting all customer concerns on the repair order
- Consult customers on needed scheduled maintenance repairs and review root cause/corrective repair action with the customer
- Communicate with customer throughout repair process
- Inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility
- Assist the Service Manager by distributing work to technicians, accurately maintaining repair records, supporting promotional activities, monitoring labor inventory, complying with safety and environmental programs and practices, and any other duties as assigned
- Treat customers with respect and courtesy to help foster long term relationships
Job Requirements:

- Capacity to learn quickly and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Ford automotive service writing process preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record
- Must be able to work a schedule of Monday - Friday and 2-3 Saturdays per month

Pay: $60,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
