We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service experience. This position requires the ability to work independently, be proactive, hard-working, and flexible.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and services
- Data entry and records management
- Accounts Receivable
- Coordinate events and schedules - manage events calendar
- Support the sales staff as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar role with 1-2 years of scheduling experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
