Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
- Utilize various communication channels such as outbound calling, email, and social media to engage potential clients.
- Develop and follow scripts to effectively communicate the value proposition of Tech Dogs and address objections.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up tasks using the CRM platform.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients to foster business growth.
- Arrange and conduct sales meetings, both in-person and virtually, to showcase products and services.
- Deliver presentations and address inquiries about Tech Dogs' offerings.
- Fulfill any additional sales-related duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or as an Inside/Outside Sales Representative or Business Development Representative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
- Familiarity with Outbound Digital Sales Tools like LinkedIn and CRMs is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence decision-makers across various organizational levels.
- Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
- Proven track record of setting appointments and closing deals over the phone is highly desirable.
- Customer-centric mindset with outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, integrity, and respect for others.
- Tenacious work ethic coupled with strong organization skills.
