Salary, Benefits & Perks
- Performance Pay ranges from $30 to $42 per hour depending on experience.
- (8) paid holidays per year. Eligibility for paid Holidays is after the first 30 days of employment.

Primary Responsibility:
To safely provide top quality maintenance, repairs, Start-ups, on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems, while exceeding customer expectations.
Job Functions:
- Positively respond to a heavy workload of service calls in a professional manner.
- Ensures customers' questions/concerns have been addressed before leaving the work site.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various makes and models of equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs for all types of HVAC equipment for both commercial and industrial facilities.
- Self-Perform Maintenance, Repairs, Startups and Warranty for all types of HVAC Systems
- 2 to 150 TON RTU’s, VAV’s, VFD’s, Gas, and electric unit heaters, Liebert’s / CRAC, mini-splits, split systems, VRF/VRV Systems, Exhaust Fans, etc. for both commercial and industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of the different Manufacturers Systems for Startup, Warranty Repair of VRV, VRF Heat Pump, and Heat Recovery Systems, etc.
- Demonstrate ability to determine priorities based on call schedule, respond to inadvertent interruptions, carry proper tools and materials, and schedule vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of air and water cooled, heating and air condition equipment in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of electrical and control systems
- Keep supervisor and manager informed of new developments, changes, or customer complaints.
- Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.
- Participate in on call rotation, volunteer to take on new challenges and work assignments.
- Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers.
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain exact and complete invoices, paperwork, and other procedures to company standards.
- Keep technical knowledge current regarding equipment and concepts. Participating in company offered training opportunities.
- Maintain the highest safety standards and wear all PPE while working on the job.
Skills
- Ability to work independently in an efficient and productive manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time by using proper techniques and testing.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office, Bluebeam, and the ability to use hand-held devices (i.e., Smartphone, iPad) for communication, and data entry, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and manuals proficiently for proper routing and copper line-set sizing and equipment information.
- Proficient in English, Spanish is beneficial.
- Systems Understanding the day is not done until the paperwork is submitted.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Commercial industrial experience
- TDLR Certified Technician Preferred, registered is necessary.
- EPA Universal
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid social security number
- Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company.
- Lift up to fifty pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
- Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required.
- Neat, professional appearance
