As North Georgia Replacement Windows continues to grow, they are adding additional departments and team members. It’s an exciting time! They are seeking to fill the Service Technician position currently. This position is responsible for identifying and resolving service issues with specific NGRW products while being in clear and positive communication with the homeowners, team members, and vendor partners.

Overall Responsibilities
- Work with Service Supervisor daily to review ongoing services.
- Meets with customers to assess and correct their service/warranty issues.
- Maintains detailed notes and pictures on each service visit within Salesforce.
- Complete each service on a timely basis and assist with collection of monies owed after completion.
- Responsible for ordering specific IFM service parts, when necessary
- Responsible for notifying Installation/Field Services Manager & Service Supervisor on frequent service issues that involve either specific install crews or manufacturers.
- Maintain detailed vehicle log and ensure maintenance on vehicle is kept up to date.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Manager, or other members of the management team.
Experience and General Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in service/installation of window and door products.
- Proficiency and working knowledge of in Salesforce, MS Office, and Google Docs.
- Knowledge of Marvin products and materials or other similar window and material lines.
- Working experience in a positive yet fast-paced team environment.
- Experience building and maintaining quality relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background and motor vehicle report (MVR) as well as a drug test. (You will be driving a company truck.)
- Must live within 30 minutes of home office in Alpharetta (north of the top of 285).
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Able to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds in a safe and prudent manner, as trained without straining. (Anything over 50 pounds requires the assistance of another employee and/or equipment.)
- Able to lift and climb a ladder.
- Able to easily move through a manufacturing/warehouse building.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Able to relay necessary information to co-workers.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer and general office equipment.
- Correctable vision and hearing.
