The Clinical Manager provides direct care to clients and oversees and supports the day-to-day activities of the Clinic operations as well as clinical staff. The Clinical Manager’s responsibility is to oversee quality outcomes for clients and ensuring engagement and performance of clinical staff.
· Ensures clinical quality and positive outcomes of all company clients and reviews all cases to be discharged.
· Ensures cases maintain industry-wide standard of utilization.
· Creates and maintains a system of positive outcomes for reporting client progress and seeks to minimize insurance pends across all providers.
· Maintain a clean clinic environment.
· Maintains own caseload of billable hours as needs of the company dictate.
· Creates, implements, and oversees clinic structure and schedule of activities.
· Creates, updates, and interprets clinical policies and procedures and ensures adherence of staff.
· Oversees the onboarding and training of new and existing clinical staff to include competencies.
· Oversight of employee performance and conducts performance reviews as well as provides feedback regularly.
· Guides problem solving with clinical teams.
· Routinely collaborates with other professionals such as Speech, OT, MD’s, and other professionals.
· Ensures clinical documentation is high quality and turned in timely.
· Prepares for and holds one-hour weekly staff meetings to review ABA principles, rules of ethics, answer case questions, discuss clinical issues, etc.
· Meets with LCM’s monthly 1:1 to discuss individual case specifics, progress, staff challenges, utilization, and accountability.
· Recruits and interviews BCBA’s as needed.
· Properly onboards BCBA’s into organization.
· Oversees the Student Analyst program by maintaining abreast of BACB requirements.
· Oversees RBT mentorship program and fieldwork activities for BCBA candidates.
· Responds to parent emails and meets with parents who have questions, concerns, or complaints in an effort to address concerns satisfactorily.
· Holds disciplinary meetings with under-performing staff and those who do not adhere to company policies.
· Maintains appropriate culture of the organization by upholding the company’s core values.
· Provides in-person oversight of RBTs and Analysts implementing client programs.
· Ensures the safety of our clients and reports any incidents or potential hazards.
· Ensures LCM’s and ACM’s are adhering to company policies and procedures.
· Ensures all staff are trained in company standard of practices.
· Oversees implementation of various protocols, programs, and policies
· Acts as the ethics compliance officer of the organization
· Fills in for other LCM’s as needed.
· Maintains up to date with evidence-based ABA industry best practices and finds new/better ways to ensure clinically sound interventions are utilized.
· Provides a system of reporting outcomes to owners and during leadership meetings as appropriate.
· Conducts community outreach and participates in events.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Hold a BCBA certification
- Masters degree in related field
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess strong leadership skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a level 2 background check
- 2-5 years in a position of leadership
- Must be a self-starter
- Has a strong sense of initiative
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Working Conditions:
May require prolonged sitting and working at a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Works with children who emit behaviors that may be challenging, in addition you will be working with clients in their personal spaces which requires discretion and professionalism. This position may require travel to various locations. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
