Lunova Group is searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our client, a female-owned and operated General Contractor with a 25-year legacy in the construction industry. The company specializes in diverse projects, including historical renovations, general construction, construction management and design build services. As our client embarks on a path of modernization and growth, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects.
This position will be based out of Bridgeville, PA with travel to local construction projects. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in our client’s growth strategy and contribute to their forward-looking initiatives.

About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction and renovation projects. From project kick-off to close-out, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, including commercial buildings, health care and higher education facilities, historic properties, not-for-profit, industrial, and other non-residential structures. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day oversight of construction activities, regular site visits, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, cost control measures, and timely preparation of project documents.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day oversight of all construction activities: coordinate procurement, materials receiving, subcontractor work, on-site operations and inspections.
- Regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality, safety compliance, and best application of resources.
- Promote and foster positive relationships and communications with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Track expenses and implement cost control measures as needed to control project budgets.
- Facilitate timely preparation and flow of project documents and reporting: permits, updates, risk assessments, payment applications, RFIs, change orders, payroll, diverse participation, payment applications, and project turnover.
Senior Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience is preferred.
- 5+ years experience of leading construction projects required.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Primavera and Procore is preferred.
- Proven work experience managing project budgets, controlling costs, identifying value engineering opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, methods, and materials, as well as familiarity with building codes, regulations and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and team management skills.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
