We are seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email
- Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
Requirements
Must have a NY personal lines insurance license and or full insurance licnese
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
