POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Success Coordinator is key to the success of managing the full relationship between the business and our valuable clients. In this role, the Client Success Coordinator communicates with both clients and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of Frost-Arnett solutions. The Client Success Coordinator will focus heavily on developing and maintaining positive client relationships by monitoring all steps of the internal processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term, trusted, relationships with our largest clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly with the client of any issues that may arise and provide solutions for improvement
- Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for internal process to best serve the clients
- Responsible for voicing client satisfaction and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for working with the Sales/Operations/Data Integration teams to onboard and integrate new clients
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Hours: Flexible Work Schedule, Monday - Friday

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of similar experience.
- Proven account management or other relevant experience.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Ability to be flexible and work as a team to complete objectives and ensure process success and data integrity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

- Ability to converse and respond to common inquiries from senior management and all other internal customers.
- Ability to write business-related documents such as letters, emails, and other business correspondence as needed.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee works in a temperature-controlled office environment. The employee sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours, answers and makes telephone calls using a standard telephone, types on a standard keyboard, and reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resources.
