Position Overview
Storage Corner Group is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative for our Bay Area (Los Altos) corporate office. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our growing team. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for calling our customer list and setting up meetings for interested customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach:
- Call existing and potential customers from our customer data base
- Introduce the company’s services and value propositions.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information
- Set up meetings for interested customers with our investment teams.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm meetings with interested customers.
- Ensure all necessary information is communicated to both the customer and the internal team prior to the meeting.
- Follow up with customers post-meeting to gather feedback and assist with any further inquiries.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meetings in the CRM system.
- Track and report on outreach activities and meeting outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience with Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
