Overview
The enrollment team member is responsible for the daily outbound calls to patients to enroll them in monitoring services prescribed by their provider. We work with RPM, CCM, and other Care Management services and have roles open in multiple multiple practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years medical practice or clinical experience - provide information on resume
- Bilingual - Spanish & English strongly preferred
- Experience educating patients on basic insurance and medical items
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Must have reliable internet service
- Must have basic computer skills - We will provide an assessment
- Fast paced, goal oriented, independent
- Enjoy direct communication with supervisors and team mates
- Available to work 15 - 20 hours per week- we hope to have a few hours after 5pm to connect with patients after work
Responsibilities
- Work closely with assigned patients, practices, and team members virtually
- Daily outbound calls to enroll a minimum of 20 patients per week
- Document all actions and interactions in patient electronic chart
- Provide patient education as directed by SOP

Please note, if position is offered, your first day will be a full shift. Since this is remote, you will work with the team member training you after a scheduled orientation meeting. We hit the ground running and expect you to be available to work your entire shift daily. We will discuss the days and times during the interview process.
