GMA Construction Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Manager or similar field and at least 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Assistant Project Manager will support our Project Manager, and other departments as needed, to deliver projects on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified. Essential job duties include:
- Assist Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Assist Project Manager with accurate budget management (buy-out, pay applications, cost reporting, etc.)
- Change order management
- Manage and develop project engineers overseeing RFIs and submittals
- Manage critical subcontractors
- Issue resolution related to labor disputes, material deliveries, and contract administration
- Safety and quality control management
- Manage construction equipment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
