Capital Gymnastics is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a desire to develop strong gymnastic technique while adhering to our core beliefs. Applicants must submit to comprehensive background checks and vetting process. This position would be for an assistant gymnastics recreational director, with the possibility for future advancement into a senior position.
Duties will include:
-Hiring, training, and scheduling recreational staff
-Creating class schedules for a program of over 1,100 athletes
-Instructing your own classes
-Speaking to parents about any issues that arise and being able to properly reach a resolution
-Ensuring the safety of all athletes in the program whilst also creating a fun environment
-Must be able to work six days a week (including Sundays and Mondays)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
